Meditation isn’t complicated. In essence it’s about doing nothing. And allowing your mind to become still.
You don’t need to meditate on top of a Tibetan mountain. Or sit in an uncomfortable lotus position for hours on end. In fact 5 or 10 minute meditations, sat or led down, are extremely helpful.
Meditation has been practised for thousands of years. And in today’s world where phones are buzzing and everyone’s fighting for your attention, it’s never been more needed.
